Was it worth it?

Vlăduț Andreescu (48) is a senior librarian at the Dambovita County Library and Manager of the Europe Direct Office in Targoviste, Romania. He manages youth programs and involves all the librarians in the county in community driven projects. He was 14 years old at the 1989 Revolution, a fresh high school student. During the first years after the Revolution, he felt a lot of instability, which was reflected in every domain of society; at school, for instance, in the transition period the authorities couldn't agree on how to present Romania's past in history classes.
